The OSUIA discussed the issue of improving the state of administrative practice in the Odesa Oblast
The OSUIA held the event of the round table on the topic: "Interaction between judicial, human rights bodies and executive services in terms of the improved state of administrative practice in the Odesa Oblast".
The co-organizer of the scientific event was the GMNP in the Odesa Oblast.
Among the participants, the rector of the OSUIA, police colonel Dmytro Shvets, and the deputy head of the GMNP in the Odesa region, police colonel Denys Zakharchenko, gave the last word.
The topic of the event was discussed with topical problems related to the maintenance of mutual modifications of legal, human rights bodies and executive services, which certify the status of administrative practice in the Odesa Oblast.
To participate in the round table, representatives of the territorial sub-departments of the GUNP in the Odesa region, the interregional administration of the Ministry of Justice, the courts and scientific and pedagogical practitioners of the ODUVS appeared.
The students discussed the problems of nutrition presented in cases under administrative law, their consideration in judicial bodies and enforcement of the case.
