The next stage of advanced training courses for scientific and pedagogical employees of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has begun

On June 9, Odesa State University of Internal Affairs launched the next stage of advanced training courses for scientific and pedagogical employees of higher education institutions with specific training conditions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, who teach academic disciplines (subjects) related to «Operational and investigative activities».

The rector of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Viacheslav Davydenko, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. He emphasized the importance of such events, highlighted the involvement of leading practitioners in teaching, and expressed his hope that the scientific and pedagogical staff would make every effort to master the material and use it in the future in the training of higher education students.

The course program is aimed at updating the knowledge of scientific and pedagogical workers in various areas of operational and investigative activities. The training includes the involvement of practical workers from operational units, consideration of problematic issues arising in practical activities, and exchange of experience between participants.

The professional development of scientific and pedagogical staff is an important element in ensuring a high-quality educational process and improving the professional competencies of scientific and pedagogical staff involved in training future employees of the National Police of Ukraine. The knowledge and skills gained will undoubtedly contribute to improving the effectiveness of teaching specialized disciplines and the quality of training for graduates.
