In the OSUIA discussed the problematic issues of gender policy implementation in Odesa
On August 16 on the basis of the Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, a meeting was held on the topic: "Problematic issues of implementing gender policy in Odesa."
The event was organized by the joint efforts of the Scientific Society of Students, Post-graduate Students, PhD Students and Young Scientists of the National University "Odesa Polytechnic," the Center for Gender Education of OSUIA and the Department of Labor and Social Policy of the Odesa City Council.
The following issues were discussed during the meeting:
- Implementation of gender policy in Odesa;
- Barriers on the way to effective implementation of gender policy;
- Interaction between different institutions and organizations dealing with gender equality;
- Strategies for raising awareness of this issue.
The event was attended by applicants for higher education, scientific and pedagogical workers of the department of general legal disciplines and the department of administrative activities of the police.
