OSUIA cadets joined the youth gourmet meeting « The Invincible Generation»
August 12 is Youth Day in Ukraine. This date symbolizes the desire of Ukrainian youth to integrate into the European community, uphold the values of democracy and freedom, and harmonize celebrations with International Youth Day.
On this day, cadets from Odesa State University of Internal Affairs joined a youth gourmet gathering called «The Invincible Generation». During the gathering, future police officers communicated with veterans of the russian-Ukrainian war, who are examples of resilience and strength of spirit.
The atmosphere of unity was enhanced by communication with the author and performer, veteran of the russian-Ukrainian war Oleksandr Diuzhykov.
The cadets also had the opportunity to play sitting volleyball with representatives of the «Freehearted» public organization, which aims to develop adaptive sports for veterans.
Today, Ukrainian youth demonstrate indomitable spirit, resilience, patriotism, a significant role in the life of the country, and dedication to its future!
The set of measures was implemented as part of the «Friendly Support» project and organized by specialists from the university's social and humanitarian work department.
