Productive cooperation between the Department of Internal Affairs and the European Union Advisory Mission continues
The Department of Internal Affairs continues to cooperate with the European Union Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform in Ukraine.
On April 18, the Head of Mission Rolf Holmbo and representatives of higher education institutions and law enforcement agencies held a meeting at EUAM Headquarters in Kyiv to discuss cooperation. The event was attended by the Vice-Rector of the University, Police Colonel Maksym Korniienko.
The meeting highlighted that EUAM has initiated the Digital Detective (D30) programme, which continues to be implemented with the support of the MDIA.
During the event, a set of equipment and software (D30) was handed over to the Department of Internal Affairs within the framework of EUAM Ukraine's Operational Support to Strategic Advice on Civilian Security Sector Reform in Ukraine programme.
It is noted that the relevant project has already helped to systematize national experience in investigations using information technology.
