"Conscious of Ukraine together!"
Іn Odessa an important event for the educational community and the public "Conscious of Ukraine Together!" was held. It was dedicated to the issues of updating the curriculum "Protection of Ukraine."
At a meeting of representatives of institutions of general secondary education including directors, deputy directors for educational work, teachers of this subject with specialists of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Department of Education and Science of the Odessa Regional State Administration, military, public figures and scientists, the main positions on updating the subject "Protection of Ukraine" were considered.
The event was attended by the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Oksen LISOVYI, who noted that the main task of updating the academic subject is not the militarization of our youth, but their development, assistance in becoming citizens of Ukraine with a Ukrainian value basis.
Rector of the Odesa State University of Internal Affairs Dmitry SHVETS in his speech outlined the significant possibilities of the institution to educate both applicants for higher education and young people in the region. Particular attention was paid to the aspects of systemic cooperation and partnership with veteran communities and military units in the direction of educational activities of the university staff.
He also presented the project of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine - Lyceums of the security direction and national-patriotic education and proposed a partnership both in holding events of the national-patriotic military-patriotic, sports direction, and in the direction of forming the hens of the All-Ukrainian military-patriotic children and youth game "Falcon" ("Dzhura") "Dzhura - Policeman."
United together! Everything will be Ukraine!
