«Coffee with a veteran» with the participation of representatives of OSUIA
Representatives of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs joined «Coffee with a Veteran», which took place at VeteranHub in Odesa.
The event was attended by Liubov Berezovenko, Assistant to the Rector on Gender Issues, and Anton Halai, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine, Lieutenant Colonel of Police.
During the meeting, university representatives presented opportunities for veterans, namely:
• training at a barrier-free driving school operating on the basis of OSUIA;
• the opportunity to obtain higher education;
• employment opportunities for veterans in the structural units of the university;
• services of the Legal Clinic, where you can receive free legal assistance and advice on current legal issues.
The meeting took place in a warm atmosphere, and its participants expressed interest in further cooperation with the university. Representatives of OSUIA emphasized the importance of involving veterans in educational and social initiatives aimed at creating a barrier-free environment and supporting professional development.
