Binary lesson with the involvement of a polygraph examiner
January 28, a binary lesson was held at the OSUIA with the involvement of a polygraph examiner, senior detective of the Criminal Investigation Department of the GUNP in the Odessa region, Doctor of Philosophy in the field of law, police captain Vladislav Burangulov.
Having relevant practical experience, the specialist spoke about the features of the use of a polygraph in the investigation of criminal offenses and the specifics of polygraph research in the conditions of the legal regime of martial law.
The meeting was held at the initiative of the teacher of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of the OSUIA Dmitry Zdebsky, as part of the study of the discipline "Use of a polygraph in the conditions of war and after its completion," for students of the 1st year of master's degree in the specialty "Law Enforcement." The class also involved 1 year students of the Institute of Law and Security specialty "Psychology" (bachelor).
