FOR THE ATTENTION OF FUTURE CADETS OF 2025

Electronic applications are now being submitted on the Portal for candidates to study at higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

For those who want to become a cadet of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, the higher education institution offers training in the following specialties:

081 «Law» (Faculty of Training of Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine, term of study - 4 years, minimum competitive score - 150).

262 «Law Enforcement» (educational and research institute for training specialists for criminal police units of the National Police of Ukraine, minimum competitive score - 130).

Please note that applicants who decide to study at Odesa State University of Internal Affairs as a cadet must: submit an electronic application on the Portal for Applicants to Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine by filling out the Application Form for a Candidate for Higher Education Institution with Specific Conditions of Study that provides police training, and choose Odesa State University of Internal Affairs. This can be done independently until May 31, 2025 inclusive.

A prospective applicant can register independently via the Internet or apply to the personnel support unit of the territorial body of the National Police at the place of residence, after which the candidate for training will be formed in this territorial body of the National Police. It is enough for the candidate to have a passport of a citizen of Ukraine, an identification code and personal e-mail address.
