Odesa State University of Internal Affairs is recruiting students for doctoral and postgraduate programs to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy degree in part-time study in the specialties D8 «Law» and K9 «Law Enforcement».

• The condition for admission to the entrance exams is successful completion of the Single entrance exam (SEE) in research methodology in 2025 and successful completion of the Single entrance exam (SEE) in 2023, 2024, or 2025 with a score of at least 150 points for each of its blocks.

• The Single entrance exam in research methodology / Single entrance exam will be held in two sessions:

• main: July 7–28;

• additional: August 18–28, 2025.

• From May 2 to May 23 – registration for the Single entrance exam in research methodology and Single entrance exam at OSUIA (Odesa, Uspenska St., 1) or at any higher education institution at your place of residence;

• By June 12, participants registered for the main session of the Single entrance exam in research methodology / Single entrance exam will receive invitations / passes on their information pages «Cabinet of participants in entrance examinations for postgraduate studies», which will indicate the date, time, and place of the test, and by August 14, participants in the additional session will receive the same.

• The results of the main session of entrance exams will be announced by August 8, and the results of the additional session will be announced by September 3, 2025.

• Registration of personal electronic accounts for applicants seeking to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy degree at the expense of individuals and / or legal entities, as well as the uploading of necessary documents, will begin on July 1.
