Consideration of appeals is governed by the provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On Citizens' Appeals».

An appeal is a proposal (remark), application (petition), or complaint made in writing or orally.

The management of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs accepts for consideration in accordance with the established procedure written appeals of citizens, which must contain the following:

• addressee: Rector of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs;

• surname, name, patronymic and place of residence of the citizen;

• e-mail address (for sending a response when submitting an electronic appeal), information on other means of communication;

• the essence of the issue raised;

• signature of the applicant and date.

An application that does not comply with these requirements is returned to the applicant with appropriate explanations.

Applications are reviewed and resolved within a period of no more than one month from the date of their receipt. If necessary, the review period may be extended up to forty-five days.

• delivered in person to the address: Odesa, 4 Sabansky lane, 65014, by calling 048 702 50 61.

The appeal may be handwritten or typed and must meet the requirements for the execution of appeals. An electronic appeal may be made in any form or in accordance with the provided electronic appeal form.
