The Basic Mediator Training Certification Course was developed with the support of the European Union Advisory Mission Ukraine on the basis of the Mediation Center of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs.

Trainers: EUAM Good Governance and Human Resource Management Trainer Martins Tols, Head of the Mediation Center Liliia Matvieieva, and trainer Polina Baltadzhy.

The program is 120 hours long.

The mediator training program is a combination of theoretical training and practice, including simulations of the mediation process, role-playing exercises, group work, and case studies.
