The material and technical base of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs is located in buildings with a total area of 36061.8 square meters.

The classrooms are equipped with furniture and teaching aids, multimedia equipment, and facilities for practical and laboratory classes, briefings, trainings, conferences, round tables, etc. Interactive equipment for the «Line 102» educational and business game was installed.

There are 2 assembly halls with a total area of 480.0 m² and 538 seats.

The university has dormitory buildings with 743 beds for cadets and 219 beds for students and trainees on a paid basis.

The university has 2 cafeterias and 2 dining rooms with 700 seats.

In accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 14, 2017 №. 507, the medical and sanitary unit, represented by 2 medical centers, functions as a medical and preventive health care institution at the university. The available medical equipment and the provision of medicines and bandages, in accordance with the standards of adequacy, allows the medical and sanitary unit to provide outpatient care, first aid and treatment of persons studying at the university and employees of the State Department of Internal Affairs. A license for conducting economic activity in medical practice was obtained on September 18, 2023.

University employees are provided with computer workstations and other office equipment.

To organize a modern control and security system and ensure secrecy, control equipment (turnstiles, video surveillance and alarm equipment with their connection to a centralized monitoring station) is in place, fireproof soundproof doors, window shutters, special equipment for technical protection of information (vibration and acoustic protection sensors, cellular and Wi-Fi protocol suppressors, noise generator for protection of categorized computers), licensed anti-virus software, etc.

Measures are being taken to ensure fire safety at university facilities, in particular, all university buildings are fully equipped with primary fire extinguishing equipment, fire hydrants and shields are updated and equipped with inventory in accordance with current standards, fire alarm systems are gradually being installed in university buildings, fireproofing of wooden structures, insulation resistance measurements, etc. are being carried out in the buildings of the OSUIA.

Odesa State University of Internal Affairs is constantly improving and systematically updating its material and technical base in all university buildings.
