Practical lesson with cadets of OSUIA on the basis of the State Specialized Institution «Odesa Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examinations»

In order to improve the practical component in the process of training qualified and competent specialists for preventive activity units of the NPU, the associate professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Forensics of OSUIA Oleksandr Klymenko held an optional practical class with cadets of the 305th platoon on the basis of the State Specialized Institutions «Odesa Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examinations».

During the class, the applicants deepened their knowledge about the general provisions of forensic traumatology, types of damaging external factors, damage by blunt and sharp objects.

The cadets had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the features of the mechanism of formation of various types of bodily injuries, which require a forensic expert assessment to solve the tasks set by law enforcement agencies, and practically fixed the signs of death, cadaveric phenomena, and processes that take place in a person's corpse studied in the audience, since in practice it is very important.
