For the accommodation of students and trainees, the OSUIA has dormitories equipped with:

at 4 Sabansky lane - 92 beds, of which 29 beds are vacant as of April 01, 2025;

at 21 km of Starokyivska Road, 42B - 86 beds, of which 45 beds are vacant as of April 01, 2025.

The cost of living in dormitories is 72 UAH per day.

Also, the university has a dormitory of increased comfort with 8 rooms (17 free beds). The cost of accommodation is 800 UAH per bed per day.
