Three dormitory buildings with 743 beds have been equipped to accommodate cadets.

For students and listeners to stay at OSUIA, there are dorms with:

at 4 Sabansky Lane – 105 beds, of which 4 beds are available as of February 1, 2026;

at 21 km Starokyivska Road, 42B – 139 beds, of which 39 beds are available as of February 1, 2026.

The cost of accommodation in dormitories is 72 UAH per day.

The university also has a luxury dormitory with 8 rooms (17 beds available). The cost of accommodation is 800 UAH per bed per day.
