Academic mobility abroad 2023

 

The cooperation of the Odesa State University of Internal Affairs at the international level with higher education institutions contributes to the strengthening of international partnerships, the implementation of academic mobility, the improvement of the level of education and the integration of the higher education institution of Ukraine into the global and European educational environment.

 

During 2023, at the Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, as part of academic mobility, university representatives participated in the following events abroad, namely:

 

1) From May 10 to 16, 2023, a delegate from the Odesa State University of Internal Affairs - a student of the Odesa Center for Initial Professional Training "Police Academy" (Odesa), private policeman Rusinko Serhiy, as part of the Ukrainian national team, visited the city of Mykhailivka in the Slovak Republic ( Strazske ) and took part in the European Combat Ju-Jitsu Championship among adults, juniors, boys and younger boys.

 

2) From July 2 to 11, 2023, representatives of the Department of Internal Affairs (Senior Lieutenant of Police Yablonovska Anastasia, a student of the 1st year of the Master's degree at the Faculty of Training of Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies; Senior Lieutenant of Police Levchenko Oleksandr, a student of the 1st year of the Master's degree at the Faculty of Training of Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies; Police Lieutenant Zamoriy Anastasia, a student of the 1st year of the Master's degree at the Faculty of Training of Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies) are participating in the 13th Berlin German-Ukrainian-Georgian Summer School, which was held in Berlin (Federal Republic of Germany).

 

3) From October 14 to November 5, 2023, delegates from Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, namely: Police Colonel Serhiy Bratel, Police Major Yevhen Bakhchevan, Butenko Vadym, Police Lieutenant Colonel Denys Lisovyi, Police Private Daniil Khilobok, Police Private Valeria Vasilyeva, Police Private Angelina Ovsiychuk, Private police officer Zelenetska Alena, was on a business trip to Avila (Spain) to gain best practices from foreign representatives of the Spanish National Police and improve their skills.

 

Academic mobility abroad 2024

 

1) From April 15 to 19, 2024, a training was held at the Lithuanian Police School within the framework of the Erasmus+ project "Development of the qualifications of employees and professional skills of cadets through practical training." Representatives of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs participated in the event: Anastasia Berendeeva , Professor of the Department of Police Administrative Activities of the Faculty of Training of Specialists for Preventive Activities Units, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor; Inna Pozihun, Lecturer of the Department of Police Administrative Activities of the Faculty of Training of Specialists for Preventive Activities Units, Doctor of Philosophy; Olena Dyorova , Lecturer of the Department of Tactical-Special and Special Physical Training.

 

2) From June 25 to July 2, 2024, the representative of the OSUIA Yana Prenko, participated in the Erasmus+ seminar for organizational staff "Nuclear Cooperation: Components for KA2 Projects", which took place in the village of Izvoare, Romania.

 

3) From August 13 to 22, 2024, Natalia Svyrydiuk, a researcher at the Research Laboratory for Problematic Issues of Criminal Analysis of the OSUIA, participated in an on-site comprehensive training on analytical intelligence for law enforcement agencies at the invitation of the European Union Advisory Mission to Ukraine, which is taking place in Warsaw (Poland).

 

4) From August 19 to September 23, 2024, a first-year cadet of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine, majoring in Law, a member of the national team of Ukraine in Muay Thai boxing, Nikita Kutz, took part in a training camp and the world championship among juniors and young men in Bangkok (Kingdom of Thailand), becoming the world champion.

 

5) From October 8 to 16, 2024, a third-year cadet of the Educational and Scientific Institute for Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the National Police of Ukraine, majoring in "Law Enforcement Activities", a member of the national team of Ukraine in sambo wrestling, Pryima Mykyta, took part in the World Sambo Wrestling Championship among juniors, juniors, boys, girls and cadets (sports and combat) in Larnaca (Republic of Cyprus).

 

6) From October 13 to November 6, 2024, a first-year cadet of the Faculty of Training of Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine, majoring in Law, a member of the national team of Ukraine in Muay Thai boxing, Nikita Kuts, took part in a training camp for special preparation for the European Championship among adults, youth and juniors in Bangkok (Kingdom of Thailand).

 

7) From November 7 to November 15, 2024, a first-year cadet of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine, majoring in Law, a member of the national team of Ukraine in Muay Thai boxing, Nikita Kuts, took part in the European Championship among adults, youth and juniors in Pristina, becoming the world champion.

 

8) From November 24 to December 1, 2024, a representative of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs was on a study visit to the Hellenic Police Officers School in Acharnes (Greece).

 

Academic mobility abroad 2025

 

1) From March 3 to 6, 2025, representatives of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, namely: Yana Prenko, Head of International Cooperation Department, and Anna Ilyina, Lecturer at the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of the Institute of Law and Security, took part in a weekend seminar on the topic: "Modern Leadership in a Diverse International Environment" with the participation of representatives of the Association of European Police Colleges, which took place in Kutna Hora, Czech Republic.

 

2) From March 30 to April 6, 2025, Police Colonel Viacheslav Davydenko, Rector of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, made a study visit to Estonia and Germany with the support of EUAM, with the aim of exchanging experience on police training systems in the Republic of Estonia and the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as familiarizing himself with the activities of the German Maritime Training Center.

 

3) On April 10, 2025, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty of Training of Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Bodies of OSUIA, Doctor of Law, Professor Sobko Hanna participated in the International Scientific Conference "Prevention and Fight against Crime: Problems, Solutions and Prospects" at the "Stefan cel Mare" Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova in Chisinau.

 

4) From April 19 to May 20, 2025, a first-year cadet of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine, majoring in Law, a member of the national team of Ukraine in Muay Thai boxing Nikita Kuts, and a teacher of the Department of Tactical and Special and Special Physical Training, Honored Master of Sports of Ukraine in Thai boxing Konstantin Trishyn are participating in a training camp and the World Championship among juniors and young men in Bangkok (Kingdom of Thailand).

 

Online training for masters of the OSUIA under the double diploma program in

University of Applied Sciences, Technology, Business and Design 

(Wismar, Germany)

 

2023 year

 

Within the framework of the implementation of the Agreement on interconnected international educational master's programs of double diploma between the Odesa State University of Internal Affairs and the University of Applied Sciences, Technologies, Business and Design (Wismar, Germany) in 2023, 5 masters of the university (Oleksandr Levchenko, Valerii Antiukhov, Anastasiia Dzonyk, Yevhen Stepanko, Anastasiia Yablonska) was enrolled in a foreign higher education institution. 

 

2024 year

 

As part of the implementation of the Agreement on interconnected international educational master's programs of double diploma between Odesa State University of Internal Affairs and the University of Applied Sciences, Technologies, Business and Design (Wismar, Germany), in 2024, 3 students of the cadet's degree program of the Faculty of Training of Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Bodies of the university were enrolled for studies at a foreign higher education institution. 

 

2025 year

 

Within the framework of the implementation of the Agreement on interconnected international educational master's programs of double diploma between Odesa State University of Internal Affairs and the University of Applied Sciences, Technologies, Business and Design (Wismar, Germany) in 2025, 2 students of the master's degree of the Institute of Law and Security of the university (Mamedov Ayhan and Maksymenyuk Denys) were enrolled in a foreign higher education institution.
