PhD in Law, Professor

Born in 1981 in Kyiv.

 

In 2002, he graduated with honors from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with a degree in Law.

 

He began his service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs in August 1998.

 

During 2002-2004, he served in the internal affairs bodies (criminal investigation).

 

During 2004-2007, he held the position of an adjunct of the doctoral program and adjunct of the National Academy of Internal Affairs.

 

From 2007 to 2015, he worked his way up from a lecturer to the Head of the Department of Administrative Activities of the National Academy of Internal Affairs.

 

From 2015 to 2016, he worked as the Dean of the Faculty #3 (Ivano-Frankivsk) of the National Academy of Internal Affairs.

 

From 2016 to 2017, he worked as the Head of the Department for Organization of Research at the National Academy of Internal Affairs.

 

From 2017 to 2021, he worked as a professor at the Department of Police Law of the National Academy of Internal Affairs.

 

On November 23, 2021, he was appointed First Vice-Rector of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs.

 

From 2021 to 2024, he worked as the First Vice-Rector of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs.

 

In 2024, he worked as a senior inspector on duty in the monitoring sector of the Kakhovka District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kherson Oblast.

 

Since May 2024, he has been the First Vice-Rector of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs.
