Vyacheslav Vitaliyovych

Vyacheslav Крикун

Born in 1975 in Kharkiv.

In 1997, he graduated from the Kharkiv State Technical University of Construction and Architecture ("Management in the production sphere", engineer-manager, economist); in 2003 - Kharkiv State Pedagogical University named after H.S. Skovorody ("Legal Science"); in 2005 – master's degree at the National University of Internal Affairs ("Finance").

 

He started his service in the internal affairs bodies in 1999 as a criminal investigation officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the Southern Railway.

During the years 1999-2003, he served in internal affairs bodies in positions of middle and senior staff (DSBEZ and criminal investigation).

 

From 2003 to 2008, he worked in the internal security units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

From 2008 to 2015, he served in internal affairs bodies as a senior member of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

 


From December 2015 to May 2019, he worked as the head of the correspondence education department, and later as the deputy dean of Faculty No. 6 of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

 

During 2019-2020, he was the deputy chief of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kharkiv region.

From November 2020 to November 2021, he held the position of assistant rector of KhNUVS.


On November 26, 2021, he was appointed vice-rector of the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs.
