In 2023, Savelii Filiponok entered Odesa State University of Internal Affairs and is currently studying in the 2nd year of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Preventive Activities of the National Police of Ukraine, specialty 262 «Law Enforcement».

During his studies, he proved to be an active, disciplined, developed and motivated student, taking responsibility for his tasks and participating in various university events.

He has been the Deputy Chairman of the Coordination Council of the cadet and student government since 2024. He helps to conduct and organize cultural, career guidance, and competitions for university students. Involves cadets in participating in flash mobs and sports life of the university.
