The Commissioner for Anti-Corruption Activities reports directly to the Rector of the University and acts on the principles of independence and functional independence in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Prevention of Corruption».

The main tasks of the Commissioner for anti-corruption activities include:

• development, organization and control over the implementation of measures to prevent corruption offenses;

• organization of work to assess corruption risks in the activities of the police department, preparation of measures to eliminate them;

• Providing methodological and consulting assistance on compliance with legislation to prevent corruption;

• implementation of measures to identify conflicts of interest, promoting its settlement;

• monitoring compliance with anti-corruption legislation, informing the rector of OSUIA, specially authorized entities in the field of combating corruption about violations of legislation in the field of preventing and combating corruption.
