Oleksandr Dubenko
He was born in 1984 in the village of Country house of Bilyaiv district, Odesa region.
In 2005, he graduated from the Odessa Law Institute of the National University of Internal Affairs, majoring in Law Enforcement.
He started working in the internal affairs bodies in August 2001.
From December 2005 to April 2007, he held the position of senior operational officer of the state service group for combating economic crime of the line police station at the Reni LV station at the Izmail station of the line control on the Odesa railway of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on transport.
During 2008-2009, he worked as a legal consultant of the legal support sector of linear management at the Odesa Railway of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Ukraine for railway transport.
From 2009 to 2015, he worked his way up from a legal adviser to the head of the legal support sector of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine at the Odesa Railway.
In December 2015, he started serving in the National Police of Ukraine as the head of the legal support department of the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs.
From July to November 2020, he served as the deputy head of the weapons department of the logistics and logistical support department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Odesa region.
In the period from November 2020 to September 2021 - Deputy Head of the Department of Logistics and Material-Technical Support - Head of the Department of Capital Construction of GUNP in Odesa Region, from September to November 2021 - Deputy Head of the Department of Logistics and Material-Technical Support - Head of the Department of the Organization procurement of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Odesa region.
On November 23, 2021, he was appointed vice-rector of the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs.
