In 2023, Denys Blanar entered Odesa State University of Internal Affairs and is currently studying in the 2nd year of the Faculty of Training of Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine.

During his studies, he proved himself to be a positive influence. He has been the Chairman of the Coordination Council of the cadet and student government since 2024, and also holds the position of deputy platoon commander. He organizes and conducts military-patriotic events and other activities for university students.

He is a member of the Scientific Society of Higher Education Applicants and Young Scientists of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs and actively participates in scientific events held at the university and other educational institutions.
