Meeting of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs cadets and students with representatives of in the Counter Narcotics Department of the NPU

Deputy Head of the Department Serhii Slepynin presented the main tasks and functions of the unit to the students. He also focused on the peculiarities of recruiting personnel to serve in the Counter Narcotics Department of the NPU and its separate units in the regions.

The Department's employees then gave lectures and talked to the university cadets and students.

Oksana Hryzhuk, Head of the 4th Department of the Counter Narcotics Department of the NPU, made a presentation on “Drugs push you out of your life”. The speaker elaborated on how drugs affect the human body and psyche, the signs of drug addiction and the consequences of drug use.

Yaroslav Kuzmuk, Deputy Head of the Counter Narcotics Department of the NPU, spoke about virtual assets in criminal activity, why criminals use them, trading cryptocurrency transactions, crypto exchanges and online exchanges.
