The OSUIA team won bronze medals at the Ukrainian Sambo Championships
From October 15 to 17, the Dynamo Sambo Championship of Ukraine was held in Lviv under the Dynamiada-2024 program of comprehensive competitions.
The competition was attended by teams of higher education institutions that belong to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard and other central executive authorities of Ukraine, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs.
The cadets of the OSUIA demonstrated excellent results:
The following won gold medals:
- Oleg PRIYMA (weight category up to 64 kg);
- Hovhannes AMIRIAN (weight category up to 71 kg);
The following won bronze medals:
- Oleksandr OSHCHEPKOV (weight category up to 71 kg);
- Artur AMIRIAN (weight category up to 88 kg).
The national team is coached by Yurii Kolomiiets and Sviatoslav Karapetiants, teachers of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the OSUIA.
