Main tasks of the department:

1) monitors the activities of the university to identify shortcomings or violations of the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, organizational and administrative acts of the university;

2) conducts official investigations into the facts of identified violations of discipline and legality by employees or students of the university, provides practical and methodological assistance to the heads of independent structural units of the university in their conduct;

3) takes organizational and preventive measures to prevent violations of discipline and law by employees and students of the University;

4) ensures interaction with the units of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the National Police and other law enforcement agencies on monitoring activities to ensure compliance with discipline and law by employees and students of the University;

5) summarizes and analyzes the state of discipline and lawfulness among employees and students of the university, introduces a set of measures for continuous monitoring of this area of activity.
