Main tasks of the department:

Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Police of Ukraine in the course of hiring, appointment, transfer, dismissal, assignment of special ranks, training, and deployment of permanent and variable personnel.

Improvement of the work on staffing the university, analytical work, planning, implementation of modern forms of labor organization, service and management methods in the current activities.

Distribution and effective use of the available staff of the university to fulfill the assigned tasks and functions, improvement of the structure and staffing of the university.

Strengthening the quality of the university staff.

Providing psychological support to the permanent and variable staff of the university. 

Observance of the rights and legitimate interests of employees and students, providing methodological assistance to the heads of structural units of the university on issues of staffing their activities.
