Department of financial support and accounting

Main tasks of the department:

 

1. Accounting of financial and economic activities of the University and reporting.

 

2. Reflection in the documents of reliable and complete information on business transactions and performance results necessary for the operational management of budget allocations (appropriations) and financial and material (intangible) resources;

 

3. Ensuring compliance with budget legislation when making budget commitments, timely submission for registration of such commitments, making payments in accordance with the budget commitments, and accurate and complete reflection of transactions in accounting and reporting;

 

4. Ensuring control over the availability and movement of property, the use of financial and material (intangible) resources in accordance with the approved standards and estimates;

 

5. Implementation of continuous, continuous, interconnected and documented supervision of economic processes and phenomena in all parts of the University's economic activity.

 

6. Providing reliable and timely information on business processes and phenomena, availability and condition of business assets and sources of their formation for both internal and external users. 

 

7. Ensuring constant control over the implementation of the plan for the receipt of funds from the special fund for services provided by the University.
