
Department of documentation of service activities
Main tasks of the department:
1) organization, establishment and implementation of a unified procedure for documenting official activities, management information, work with documents of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, including material media containing official information; implementation of methodological guidance and control over compliance with the established procedure for working with documents at the university;
2) organization of document flow, control over compliance by structural units of the university with the requirements of instructions on record keeping;
3) ensuring the exercise by citizens of the constitutional right to appeal, organization of consideration of appeals and inquiries of people's deputies of Ukraine, requests for information, lawyer's inquiries; implementation of methodological guidance and monitoring in the above areas of work in the structural units of the university;
4) ensuring the acquisition, storage, accounting, and use of archival documents generated in the course of the university's activities.
