The Department of Educational Process Organization (hereinafter referred to as the DEPO) is an independent structural unit of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs (hereinafter referred to as the University), which organizes the educational process of all forms of education, coordinates and provides consulting assistance.

The main purpose of the DEPO is to facilitate the organization of the educational process in accordance with the law and the introduction of modern methods and technologies into the educational process.

The DEPO is directly subordinated to the First Vice-Rector of the University, who coordinates and controls the activities of the DEPO.

Structurally, the DEPO consists of the Department of Planning and Organization of Training, the Department of Practical Training and the Group for Maintenance of Information Systems of the USEDE.

The main tasks of the DEPO include:

Planning, organization and operational management of the educational process at the University, taking into account the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, orders and instructions of the Rector, decisions of the Academic Council, Scientific and Methodological Council and the University Administration on planning and organization of the educational process at the level that ensures the training of qualified personnel, as well as control over the development and implementation of structural and logical training schemes, schedules of the educational process, curricula, schedules of classes, examination sessions and schedules of examinations

Planning, accounting for the distribution and fulfillment of the academic workload of academic staff of the departments.

Distribution of the classroom fund between structural units for the purpose of its effective use in the educational process.

Assisting academic staff in the preparation and conduct of planning and analytical work.

Organizing and ensuring internal control over the organization of the educational process in terms of practical training of higher education students.

Organizational support and support of practical training of higher education students of the University.

Implementation of general guidance on the organization, control and conduct of practical training of higher education students of the University.

Coordination of the work of faculties/institutes, departments and other units to ensure the educational process in terms of practical training.

Organization of technical support for the process of forming and maintaining data on the University's activities in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education.

Collecting, processing, analyzing and preparing documents for verification in the USEDB.

Providing various types of access to information in the USEDE with differentiation of access rights. 

Development of proposals and drafts of organizational and administrative documents of the University on the organization of the educational process.
