Main tasks of the department:

1) preparation of university work plans, holding meetings of the administration, documents on internal control;

2) organizational support of the administration, preparation of the conference of the staff, operational meetings chaired by the rector, meetings of the rector with the staff of the university and its structural units;

3) carrying out organizational and managerial activities to provide methodological assistance to the university's structural units in the preparation of draft planning documents;

4) analyzing the state of the executive discipline by the university's structural units, informing the rector about the status of implementation of decisions made at the meeting of the university administration; 

5) collecting, systematizing and analyzing information necessary for the preparation of draft organizational and management decisions, analytical and reference documents, summarizing information from structural units on the implementation of planning documents;

6) preparation of analytical and reference information for the rector.
