Meeting with experts in the field of international law
On September 9, a meeting of the leadership and cadets with specialists in the field of international law was held at the Odesa State University of Internal Affairs.
Thus, the University was visited by the founder and executive director of the Commission for International Justice and Accountability William H. Wiley and the legal director of The Docket Clooney Foundation for Justice Anna Neistat, as well as a lawyer in the field of international criminal law, chairman of the NGO LingvaLexa Anna Vishnyakova and chairman of the board of the NGO "Odesa Center for Holocaust Studies" Pavlo Kozlenko.
The meeting with the Rector of the University Dmitry Shvets the parties discussed the current challenges in the educational process related to military operations, as well as the prospects for further cooperation.
Foreign experts held an interactive lecture for applicants for higher education on the topic "The main features of armed conflicts of the second half of the 20th century and the first half of the 21st century," where they discussed key issues of international law and the impact of armed conflicts on global security.
