Meeting of OSUIA cadets with the head of the Odesa police
A meeting was held at OSUIA between graduating cadets and the head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Odesa region, third-rank police general Ivan Zhuk.
The purpose of the event was to engage in lively communication with future police officers, discuss issues of professional training, leadership skills development, and readiness for service in modern conditions.
During the meeting, Ivan Zhuk emphasized the importance of understanding the responsibility that every police officer has to society. He shared his experience of service, talked about the specifics of the work of various departments, and the role of discipline, mutual respect, and teamwork in the daily activities of law enforcement officers.
Special emphasis was placed on the importance of effective communication with citizens, the need to maintain humanity and professionalism in all situations, and compliance with ethical standards and norms of behavior.
During the meeting, graduating cadets had the opportunity to ask questions about future service, professional growth, and career prospects in the National Police system.
