Classes for OSUIA cadets with combat medics of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Today, October 21, with the assistance of Yurii Kolomiiets, acting head of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training at OSUIA, Associate Professor Anatoliy Anosenkov, together with combat medics from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, conducted a binary practical class on the academic discipline «Personal Safety of a Police Officer» for university cadets.

 

During the training session, issues related to the evacuation of victims and algorithms for providing first aid to victims in combat zones were discussed.

 

 

Emphasis was placed on the M.A.R.C.H. protocol and first aid for civilians during emergencies. 

 

 

Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel demonstrated professional video materials and the contents of personal first aid kits and combat medics' backpacks.

 

 

University lecturers drew attention to the importance and effectiveness of movement and convection turnstiles in safe areas where victims are examined, and thanked the guests for participating in the educational process.
