Involvement of war veterans in volleyball training at OSUIA

Odesa State University of Internal Affairs continues systematic work to establish effective interaction with war veterans, which is aimed at restoring and supporting their functioning in the physical, emotional, and social spheres by involving them in physical education, sports activities, and physical activity.

Тhe teachers of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training held a volleyball training session with the participation of war veterans.

Among the participants were representatives of the national team participating in the Invictus Games international sports events in adaptive sports among veterans and servicemen who were injured, traumatized or ill in the line of duty.

The head of the department, Lieutenant Colonel Yurii Kolomiets, expressed his gratitude to our defenders and wished success to the military personnel and veterans preparing for the Invictus Games international sports event to be held in February 2025 in Canada.
