Event marking the 104th anniversary of the founding of OSUIA

On the occasion of the 104th anniversary of the founding of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, an event was held that brought together employees and students around a shared sense of pride in the institution's glorious history and modern achievements.

The Rector of the University, Viacheslav Davydenko, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. He thanked the staff for their dedication and emphasized the importance of the institution's more than century-long history, its significant role in training highly qualified specialists, and preserving the traditions of serving the law and the state.

The memory of those who died for peace and independence in Ukraine was honored with a moment of silence.

During the event, the best representatives of the University community were honored with the awards «Best Employee» and «Best Higher Education Student», awarded the title of «Police Corporal», and presented with letters of appreciation from the Academic Council and incentive awards «Sign of Honor».

In conclusion, the Rector thanked the staff for their diligent work, scientific achievements, high academic results, and active civic stance.
