XVII International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference dedicated to Lawyer's Day

The event was held in a mixed format, which made it possible to bring together more than a hundred scientists, teachers, adjuncts, graduate students, applicants, and law enforcement practitioners from different regions of Ukraine and abroad. Conference participants discussed current issues in the development of the rule of law and improving the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies.

The first vice-rector of the university, Doctor of Law, Professor Maksym Korniienko, delivered a welcoming speech.

Samuli Jaakko Matias Laulumaa, Senior Advisor on Prosecutorial Matters at the European Union Advisory Mission, also took part in the conference, noting the importance of scientific exchange of experience between Ukrainian and European experts in the field of law enforcement.

During the conference, a wide range of issues related to improving law enforcement, ensuring the rule of law, combating corruption, improving the quality of training for law enforcement officers, developing legal education, and educating young people in the context of modern challenges were discussed.
