Honoring the memory of Heroes – graduates of OSUIA
Recently employees, cadets, and students of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs joined in honoring the memory of deceased graduates and higher education applicants.
Тhe names of two more heroes were added to the Mural: Vitalii Didenko and Mykyta Deorditsa, university graduates whose lives were cut short by the war. The heroes died defending the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
Those present honored the memory of the defenders' noble deed with a moment of silence.
The vice-rector of the university, Vadym Pidhorodynskyi, and veteran of the russian-Ukrainian war, Serhii Kozachenko, gave speeches expressing their gratitude for the eternal feat of OSUIA graduates.
During the ceremony, flowers were laid at the Memorial Mural. Twelve memorial plaques – twelve lives cut short too soon.
The memorial Mural is an eternal symbol of the dedication and courage that Ukrainian soldiers showed in their fight for freedom. Heroes never die. They remain forever in our memories and our hearts.
