Opening of the scientific and practical club «Advocacy»
The opening of the scientific and practical club «Advocacy», created as a space for professional development, exchange of experience and formation of practical skills of future lawyers, took place at OSUIA.
The first vice-rector of the university Maksym KORNIIENKO, director of the Institute of Law and Security Volodymyr DRYSHLIUK spoke with words of greeting, emphasizing the importance of creating an environment in which practice, scientific approaches and modern methods of training lawyers are combined.
As part of the event, Serhii SAINCHYN, a representative of the Odesa Oblast Bar Council, spoke, who emphasized the role of the practical component in legal education and the importance of interaction between higher education institutions and the professional legal community.
During the opening, the key areas of the Club's activity were presented: conducting workshops, analyzing real cases, meetings with practicing lawyers, developing advocacy skills and professional communication.
The final speech was delivered by the head of the Club, Artem PYTOMETS, who outlined the priority tasks of the newly created scientific and practical space and the steps of its development.
