TCCC CLS - Combat Medic - Tactical Combat Medicine training was held at OSUIA
Odesa State University of Internal Affairs hosted the TCCC CLS - Combat Medic training course on tactical combat medicine.
The event was organized in cooperation with the European Union Advisory Mission and the NGO Tactical Medicine North for police officers from Kirovohrad, Odesa, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions and for employees of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs.
During the training, the participants gained knowledge of the basics of first aid, including the skills of proper tourniquet application and evacuation of the wounded from combat zones. The trainers emphasized the importance of a quick and accurate response that can save the lives of both law enforcement officers and civilians.
Acting Rector Viacheslav Davydenko emphasized the importance of such trainings and the knowledge gained, which can save someone's life in the future.
Upon completion of the course, all participants received certificates testifying successful termination of the training and readiness to act in critical situations.
