A Working Meeting with EUAM Ukraine Representatives Held at OSUIA

А working meeting was held between Viacheslav Davydenko, Rector of Odesa State University of Internal Affair, Police Colonel, and Maksym Korniienko, First Vice-Rector of OSUIA, Police Colonel, and representatives of the European Union Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform in Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine).

 

The EUAM Ukraine delegation included Cornelia Taylor, Head of Mission; Antti Hartikainen, Head of the Odesa Regional Office; Alessandra Rognoni, Head of the Political Analysis and Coordination Unit; and Jean-Marc Krebs, Head of the De-Occupied and Adjacent Territories Unit.

 

 

During the meeting, the participants discussed prospective areas for further cooperation, including professional training and capacity development for law enforcement officers, cybersecurity, strengthening the university’s institutional capacity, and addressing current challenges in the civilian security sector.

 

 

As part of the visit, EUAM representatives familiarized themselves with OSUIA’s facilities, technical resources and specialized training grounds.

 

 

The meeting confirmed the parties’ shared interest in further developing practical cooperation and implementing new joint initiatives.
