A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournament in Memory of Fallen Soldiers

Odesa hosted the third annual tournament in memory of the fallen soldiers of the 126th Separate Brigade of the Odesa Territorial Defense Forces (currently the 39th Separate Coastal Defense Brigade) – Hero of Ukraine Sviatoslav Aleksapolskyi, call sign «Sviat», and recipient of the Order «For Courage» III degree Maksym Vratskyi, call sign «Makson».

Denys Yushchuk, a cadet at the Faculty of Training for Pre-Trial Investigation Agencies at the NPU of OSUIA, took second place in the 85+ kg weight class in the Male NO Gi / Adult divisions.

Oleh Kuznetsov, a student at the Institute of Law and Security, also participated in this section and placed fifth.
