Training in humanistic education for cadets of OSUIA

А training session on humanistic education was held at OSUIA for second-year cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine on the topic: «Life Skills for Youth». The event was held with the direct participation of representatives of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine.

During the training, participants examined the concepts of «comfort zone», «learning zone», and «critical zone», discussed human behavior in stressful or crisis situations, and ways to maintain inner stability in such circumstances. Considerable attention was paid to the development of emotional intelligence, self-reflection, and the ability to overcome the challenges of everyday life.

Cadets had the opportunity to actively participate in discussions, express their own opinions, work in pairs, and perform interactive tasks, which contributed to better assimilation of the material and development of communication skills.

Such events are aimed at developing important social skills, effective communication abilities, self-development, and mental well-being in future law enforcement officers.
