Seminar class on the topic «Criminal liability in public procurement»

Maryna Mesniankina, a teacher of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines of ОSUIA, organized a seminar on the topic «Criminal liability in public procurement», which was attended by Nataliia Dimova, lawyer, founder of Legal company «LLG», head of the NGO «Reformer», specialist in the field of antimonopoly and economic law.

Nataliia Dimova provided comprehensive information on the functions of the legal profession in Ukraine, emphasized the importance of human rights activities in the field of public procurement, and also pointed out the main aspects that students should take into account in future human rights practice.

Students of the 4th year noted that the acquired knowledge will allow them to understand the depth of the issue and the importance of criminal responsibility in practical law enforcement activities.

The binary class became an important stage in the formation of students' professional knowledge and contributed to the interest in human rights activities in the context of modern challenges.
