A representative of OSUIA took part in an international internship in Romania

Oleh Bolhar, Professor of the Department of Administrative and Legal Disciplines at Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, successfully completed an international internship on «The Rule of Law and Good Governance in the Context of European Integration: Institutional Reforms and Civic Participation».

The program was held at Babes-Bolyai University (Cluj-Napoca, Romania) with the support of the Center for Strategic Innovation and Progressive Development.

During the internship, participants discussed topical issues of public administration reform, strengthening democratic institutions, ensuring transparency and accountability of public authorities, and the role of civil society in European integration processes.

Upon completion of the training, Oleh Bolhar received an international certificate confirming his successful completion of the 180-hour program (6 ECTS credits) with an «Excellent (A)» grade.
