Representatives of OSUIA took part in an international leadership seminar in the Czech Republic
From March 3 to 6, representatives of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs - Yana Prenko, Head of the International Cooperation Department, and Anna Ilina, Lecturer at the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of the Institute of Law and Security, took part in the international seminar «Modern Leadership in a Diverse International Environment».
The event, organized by the Association of European Police Colleges, took place in Kutná Hora, Czech Republic, and brought together experts from different countries to discuss topical leadership issues.

The seminar program covered the following key topics:
- General principles of leadership and their application in professional activities;
- Methods of stress and time management to improve work efficiency;
- Strategies for working with different generations and cultural diversity;
- Pareto principle and other effective approaches to leadership.

The participants from the OSUIA not only learned about theoretical aspects, but also took an active part in discussions and practical tasks, which allowed them to apply the knowledge gained in practice.
