A representative of OSUIA took part in the international professional development program in Croatia
Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal and Legal Disciplines of the OSUIA, Doctor of Law, Academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences Nataliia Bilak took part in the international professional development program «PILC and SEITE Conference 2026: Human-Centric Leadership», which lasted from September 23 to October 1 in Croatia.
As part of the international program, Nataliia Bilak joined the scientific and practical conference and professional internship.
The program brought together academics, educators, lawyers, representatives of government agencies and international experts around current issues of leadership development, law, technology and education in today's global challenges.
The main thematic areas were:
- humancentred leadership in the face of global change;
- legal and ethical aspects of the use of artificial intelligence;
- defending human rights in a digital society;
- cyber security and digital transformation;
- women's leadership in science, business and public administration;
- international scientific cooperation and innovative approaches in education.
Participation in international level events contributes to the exchange of professional and scientific experience, familiarization with modern international approaches and expansion of academic cooperation.
