A delegation from the European Union Advisory Mission visited OSUIA
А delegation from the European Union Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform in Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine) visited Odesa State University of Internal Affairs. The delegation consisted of:
Rolf Holmboe, Head of the EUAM for Civilian Security Sector Reform in Ukraine;
Anders Johansen, Head of the EUAM Regional Office for Civilian Security Sector Reform in Ukraine in Odesa;
Jean-Marc Krebs, Head of the Department for De-occupied and Adjacent Territories at the EUAM for Civilian Security Sector Reform in Ukraine.
During the visit, the delegation met with the university’s rector, Police Colonel Viacheslav Davydenko, and discussed prospects for further cooperation, the development of law enforcement education, the implementation of European approaches to training specialists, and current security challenges in the context of the war.
The visit was particularly significant because it took place on the eve of Rolf Holmboe’s departure as Head of EUAM Ukraine. University officials expressed their gratitude to Mr. Holmboe for his support of Ukraine and for fostering international cooperation.
