Scientific and practical round table at OSUIA
October 31, OSUIA hosted a scientific and practical round table discussion on «Current issues of crisis communication and professional readiness of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to perform tasks in special conditions».
The event was opened by the director of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning, Lieutenant Colonel Yevhen Bakhchevan.
Andrii Kostiuk, Head of the Psychological Support Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, addressed the participants of the round table with a welcoming speech.
During the round table, issues related to professional training of personnel for communication during crisis situations, the specifics of communication with different target audiences, systems for preventing possible crisis situations, etc. were discussed.
More than 150 specialists from various practical departments and higher education institutions took part in the round table discussion.
Based on the results of the event, scientifically grounded proposals will be developed to improve this area and the feasibility of introducing advanced training in crisis communication for employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
