Scientific and Methodological Seminar on «Effective Time Management for Young Researchers»

During the seminar, presentations were given by Kateryna Husieva, Head of the Scientific Society of «Odesa Polytechnic», and Olena Babchuk, Head of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy at Odesa State University of Internal Affairs.

The speakers shared practical advice on effective time management in academic work, discussed modern approaches to planning research, and addressed how young scholars can balance their academic, research, and professional activities. They also emphasized the importance of developing self-management skills, setting priorities, and preventing professional burnout.

The presentations were followed by a lively discussion, in which the leaders of research clubs and university students participated. The participants discussed the current challenges faced by young researchers, shared their own experiences in organizing research work, and explored ways to implement effective time-management tools in the activities of research groups (clubs).
